Ingredients
- 1 rack of ribs
- Flow Foods All Purpose Seasoning, for rubbing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 can beer
- 5 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 5 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
Method
- Rub the ribs with seasoning. Let them sit, preferably overnight.
- Make the sauce: cook the blueberries in olive oil and beer, then mash. Add the remaining sauce ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Place the ribs in a lined pan, back side down. Pour half of the sauce over the ribs.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Flip the ribs, add the remaining beer to the bottom of the pan, and baste with half of the remaining sauce.
- Bake for 1 hour. Flip again and add the remaining sauce.
- Bake for 1 more hour. Let rest in the oven for 30 minutes, then slice and serve.
For best results, let ribs marinate overnight with the seasoning.
